I can't contact app store on my phone to use my gold bars

There should be an option if you click on your picture in the playstore. Top right corner. It will pull down a menu and you should be able to contact the app store.
I have been having the same issue for a few days now. no 'online' features in the game work at all and it spins when trying to connect to app store. have reset everything and logged out (but cannot log back in because it will not connect to internet in the game)

Are you experiencing this issue with only App Store or any other features too? For example, to watch Ads for extra moves or boosters? Do they play properly?
How about collecting rewards from events? Is your internet connection strong enough?
It will run for minutes and minutes

Can you please tell me what’s happening when you try to purchase items in your App Store? Are you seeing an error message?
Can you show me couple of screenshots of what you see when you click on App Store; and also a screenshot of the error message - if any?

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
