Failure when winning royale race

Hi, I was about to win a Royale race, but some failure in the app prevented me from getting the price. How can I get the gold bars? There was 6 or 7 people left and was at level 6 or 7. And that already happened to me some weeks ago and it s a bit frustrating. Thank you in advance
