Candy Royale not giving me my gold

Hi, I did a search of this topic firdt, not nothing worked. I logged out, deleted my data and cache, logged back in and nothing. The first time I won, I won around 350 gold, I even showed it to my wife (who is at level 5000 give or take) and I didn't get it. I then just won around 90 gold and still did not get it. Can someone please explain? I didn't die once on any level, people were getting sprung out of the competition and me and a few others lasted until the end and I still received nothing. Please help. Thx
