@ArtLier Do you remember what email you used on the level 11000 account? I think you signed up with a different account, click on “my account” scroll to the bottom and log out. Click on retrieve my progress and then scroll down to “log in with email”.
Now log in with the king account you had level 11000 on, if you don’t remember the password you can reset it as long as you remember what email you used.
If you forgot what email you used or didn’t log in before the game got erased, you may not be able to get your progress back. Mabye a admin will be able to help you if they are kind enough.
I have it in the taskbar of the start menu of my PC, by right clicking on it, I enter the Candy Crush Saga parameter, on which is written: editor-version-application-data-total usage. application activated, but the points counter is at zero, I was just able to change my avatar photo, which I took from my documents. on the game there is written "my account" ""save the game in progress, you can change your details or your password here" but nothing happens

@ArtLier Make sure you are connected to the internet when playing candy crush otherwise your avatar image, events, and gold bars will not load.
As for finding your missing boosters, I am not sure if boosters are synced through your king account. Boosters are saved on to your device, so if the game got un installed you may not be able to get them back.
But you have been able to get back to your level in the 11000 correct?
Thanks you very much, but every time i tried to open it it wouldn't load and microsoft store the same, my network card broke during a storm, when it was replaced my candy crush saga it reopened with the same score 11,000 points, same name "MaĂŻlo" but with another avatar image, more event tab, more gold, more friends etc... I tried to find my boosters but I was sent on FB to another Candy Crush Saga I have, with a score of over 3000 points in the name of "Art-Lier" and which I changed recently for the name I have "MaĂŻlo". Now that I can reload microsoft store I will find Candy Crush Saga but no longer the one I had.

@ArtLier Hello! Are you saying candy crush disappeared from your PC after a storm happened? Candy crush saga is no longer installed on your computer?
To reinstall the candy crush saga app on PC, you have to go to the microsoft store and re download it from there.
Search for microsoft store in the search bar in the bottom left if you are on windows 10. The microsoft store will usually show up if you press the windows button in the bottom left as well.
When you open candy crush again log in to your account in candy crush. If you forgot the password you can reset it by sending it to your email.
What do you mean that you can't enter the application? Are you not able to download it back on your device, is that what you mean?

Hello. We are only allowed to respond in English. Have you saved your game? It should be possible to retrieve a game saved with an email or Facebook login. Go into the App, then click on the settings icon and choose the correct login option (at the bottom for "login with email"). If you cannot retrieve your game contact Support. You can email them via this website (at the bottom, "contact us" )or via the App (the ?, then click on any question until you see "contact us") . You will have to use English. They won't answer French.
