Why has Candy Crush taken away my lives?

Recently my account was changed. My 200 lives were taken away, as were all my Crush friends. I went from receiving lives, which maintained my level at 200, so I could play the limited 20 given lives per day. Also, if I can receive up to 200 lives, why can I only use 20 per day. Not very happy with Candy Crush now, so I have gone from playing 4-6 hours a day to about 1/2 an hour.

This does not explain why, when I had 200 lives, they were taken away? Also, it didn't explain why, when I received lives constantly, that I only receive 3 to 5 lives, from my friends per day, when I was receiving more than a hundred? I have been cheated of the enjoyment I had playing the game. Why have I been punished for being an avid Candy Crush player for the past decade +?

I lost my more then 10300 golden bricks premium currency of game while signing up for the first time from my 1 year old guest account my levels are same but my all items are gone now I can't level up without any items kindly give me any kind of support

I am not getting the 50 yellow candies to show up which are needed to get past level. Have purchased max amount of extra moves and NOTHING

The spinach/bok choy ad doesn't work and keeps crashing. It's very annoying. I'm no longer getting any extra moves, boosters, or levels. The game is unplayable without it. Like so many others, I just keep getting that ad. Please remove this ad so the game becomes playable again. Thanks in advance.
