Hi there, as you can see, I am a player for a number of years.
Was totally disappointed when I had to redownload and lost all my boosters & my (8) gold bars.
Pretty, pretty please assist me in getting back my boosters and my old bars.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
I had the Super Color Ball and was on level 14612 (approx) and I never lost it but after playing for a while, it disappeared. So for the last few weeks I've been madly playing, winning games and accruing points to win the 240 gold bars. The tournament ends in 12 hours and I've won all the events and now there is no path to accrue any more points.
