I asked this in support over a week ago and didn't get an answer. Maybe one of you guys have had the same experience?
On my PC I am asked to accept the terms sometimes multiple times a day. I get all the tutorials over and over again. This causes all my sound, music and hint settings to reset as well.
I can't send any lives to friends unless they request them on my phone or PC.
