I don't know what you did to this level, I do know it's been changed recently because there is no video of this level looking this way. It is impossible even with boosters, I lost all my boosters and all my gold and still can't finish it.

This is a nightmarishly hard level which means it's ultra hard. For your screenshot, I think this level really need a UFO but I won't use it first I will use it later on. 21 moves really makes me feel like insufficient to pass this level. First, I will try to "open space" by "dig down". Try to eliminate the Toffee Swirl and the Marmalade which hold the candy and 3 layer frosting blockers first. After you eliminate those blockers, you are left with the outer part blocker: the 4 layered blockers. Use a UFO to eliminate it. This is what come out in my mind when I see your screenshot, I have no trying yet.

Thank you, I did finally beat it this morning. But it was like the game felt bad for me. It gave me so many color bombs and I just managed to do it with 1 move left lol. Sometimes I switch over to my tablet when I'm stuck and the level is completely different on there. It's so weird that it's not the same for everybody.
Ouch, that looks terrible. So many blockers. Sorry you are stuck with this. A rogue level is one that is really level somewhere else in the game, but has somehow replaced the level you should be having. If they had changed the level for everyone, which they sometimes do, then I would have it as well, but mine is the same as in the videos. Why there are rogue levels for some players I don't know.
If I were you I'd contact player support within the app, (via settings where the cog wheel is, then press on the ? icon and click on anything until you get the option "Contact us"). You will get an automated response first of all, but if you then reply to that you will get a reply from Customer support. Send them your screenshot and explain how you have lost all your boosters and gold playing this level, which is the wrong level, and seems much harder to pass than the real level 1672. Perhaps they might help you get past this level with a party booster gift or some gold bars. Sometimes they can be quite helpful, in my experience.

Hi @krissyh The levels up to 2000 at least are usually not so difficult that you would get stuck on them for days. It sounds from you description that your level 1672 is a rogue level. Please send us a screenshot of your starting board so we can try to help.
I had a full streak bonus all the boosters active and 5 paintbrushes I used 25 gold for extra turns and still couldn't win I've been stuck on it now for 3 days
There are so many levels in Candy that you can't pass in just one try, that needs 7 to 14 days to win. I have been also stucked on a level over 10 days in candy. Same situation as you said. Try to collect daily rewards, so that you can use it to win that level.
