Hi there and welcome to the community.
They don't allow it. I doubt they will change it, because that would dig into their profits. I have accumulated 3000 gold and hardly play any more because it hurts my arms now I can no longer play on the iPad in landscape mode. I wish I could give some of my gold away to players that need it.
