Missing levels after device swap

Hello,

i swapped from my iPhone 11 to. 14 and did everything like i got told by the troubleshooting but I am now at level 19xx and i was on level 73xx. The gold bars and friends are on the new phone. Just the levels are missing.

i restarted, reinstalled and logged back in multiple times. If I log out on the old phone and log back in everything is fine.

Okay, can you please disconnect the game app from your King account, close the game app and restart your device.

Once started, open the game, connect it back and see if you're back on track.

Hi - Our CM @QueenB will be able to help get your missing levels back.

Just a tip as a fellow iPhone user, if you back up your old phone to the iCloud and then use the iCloud to setup your new phone, you should see everything transfer (including boosters too).

I have successfully done this for both my iPhone and iPads.

When you connected your game on the new device, did you use the same email address that you used on the previous device?

Can you get me your ID so I can have a look and please confirm the level you are supposed to be on?

Open the game and tap the 'My Profile' on the Start Menu:

You can also tap the Settings in the right upper corner on the game map...

...and select the 'My Profile' button here.

On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above...

...and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your Game User ID:
