How do you report repeating glitch

Level 4878-a burning crossbones level whatever that's called.

Issue: Random chocolates will appear but candies will drop on top of them. Can't get rid of the chocolate because once you hit it, a new candy will take it's place but the chocolate always remains. Is this a new torment? Is this normal or is it a glitch?
