Are you still stuck or have you moved on since? Some levels are getting more difficult than others now. The trick is to just keep trying until they let you pass or, if you have some gold, offer you lots of extra moves (125?) for 10 gold. At this level range, typically, really hard levels are followed by easier ones that allow you to get your win streak back.
Level 370 is so difficult ππ
