Game Freezing

Whenever I swtch from playing Candy Crush to doing something else (ie. browse the internet), the game freezes, and I have to restart the game!

This is very irritating as I have lost many games and timed boosters.

This is on Windows 10.

I'd be grateful for any help with this.
