I have my game back in fb but lost all my boosters. I had almost 100 of each. How can I get them back?
Hi yes is uninstall you do loose any boosters
Please always come here with any issues we may be able to help we only recommend to uninstall as a last resort
You can still give our customer services a try and see if they can compensate you π

I am sorry to hear that you lost all your boosters! Unfortunately, that is the result of reinstalling the App. The boosters and Lives are stored on device's local memory. When the App is deleted, the memory is also erased!!
If you have purchased any of those boosters, the King Customer Care will be able to reimburse them. If you have accumulated them through Daily Bonus and other features, I am sorry to say that they will not be reimbursedπ

I was playing Candy crush saga. I am on level 9517. I play on my iPhone.
When I could not connect with fb I deleted the game And reinstalled it. I have my lives And goldbars back but lost all my boosters. I had almost 100 of each.
I hope you can give me some back of each.

Hi sorry to hear that my friend it seems as when the Facebook Outage was fixed it somehow deleted your boosters
Unfortunately we can not replenish lists items here in the community
Please use the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may be able to compensate you

I am sorry to hear that you have lost all the boosters from your game!! Which game are you playing?
Did you delete your game from Facebook? Are you playing the App version (through Microsoft Store) or on Facebook - Browser version (Chrome, Edge, etc.,)?
