Hi there. They want you pay money to move on and no, they don't care for their customers. Did you by any chance spend any money on anything in the game recently? That often causes players to lose their free booster ad features. Most of us don't get any of these. I do advise you to stop playing the game at this point if you have run out of gold as it is pay to progress from here on and it will be costly. One if five levels roughly can't be passed in the moves given any more.
