Are you asking if it is necessary to add friends to your Candy Crush Saga game?
If so, the answer is no! It is not a "must" that you add friends to your game. When we have friends, we can receive "Lives" from them to continue our journey in the game🙂

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
I had the Super Color Ball and was on level 14612 (approx) and I never lost it but after playing for a while, it disappeared. So for the last few weeks I've been madly playing, winning games and accruing points to win the 240 gold bars. The tournament ends in 12 hours and I've won all the events and now there is no path to accrue any more points.
