For any Purchase related enquiries and issues, you will have to contact the King Customer Support.
But, to ask them a question, you will have to be sure that there were charges for something that you did not purchase!!
So, I would suggest you to check with your Credit Card company first, and then send a complaint. If you are using an iOS device, you can contact Apple Support team to help you out for refunds, etc.,👍️
