Paid for extra chances but game was glitched

I paid to have extra chances and the candies started running off the game without stopping. I took a video but it wouldn’t let me upload that so all I could do is attach this picture with the others on the bottom of the screen In order to get the screen to stop I had to close the gabe out completely Please advise

I think if you paid by spending real money you ought to be able to get a refund here, especially as you have a video to prove. Even if you just paid with gold bars you might get those back. I suggest you email Support. Use the "contact us" at the bottom of the page, or use the ? button in settings in the game. You need to reply to the first automated answer you receive, and send them the screenshot or video as well as proof. good luck!
