Why are the number of chocolates required not going down as I clear the chocolates from the board?

I have checked some YouTube videos, as it is a long way for me to scroll down!
The problem you are experiencing is because, the chocolate you are destroying is "Dark" chocolate, where as the needed goal is for "Milk" chocolate. There will be a slight difference in the color of both chocolates. Until you reach the right far chocolate, it is not possible to collect the needed chocolate.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list

What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
