I won the episode race between lvls 10581-10595 and I haven't got any of 45 gold bars. My id 10965158840. Thank's for help

Where is player support. Also I couldn't take a screen shot of a race that did not show at all!!
Hi - I am sorry you didn't get your gold bars. Did you get the pop-up when you completed the level that said you won the episode race? For issues like this you need to contact Player Support. You can help them out by taking screenshots - for example of the race showing your icon finishing/in front of the other players and/or the pop-up stating you won the race. Also - if this has been happening to you more than once, I would also take a screenshot of your gold bars just before you complete the last level and win the race and then a screenshot of the gold bars afterwards - showing the amount didn't increase. I realize you don't usually take all these screenshots, which is why I mentioned it might be a good idea in the future.
However that shouldn't prevent you from contacting Player Support and explaining what happened and maybe they will give you the gold bars.
