Boosters gone on new device

Question

Hi,

I transferred candy crush to my new Samsung S23 and after checking my game progress (7123) I reset my old phone.

When I wanted to start were I left off I noticed all my boosters were gone and I had saved a lot of boosters and am very sad thst they are all gone.

In the comminity I read that they are stores locally but that storage is gone 😭

Is there any way that KING can restore my boosters to my account linked to facebook account? (I can share the facebook account details through a private message)

Please please please help me!!!

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
