I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your current level!
Which level is it? Without the proper look of your board, I will not be able to determine what might have gone wrong!! When you are playing next time, please take a screenshot when there one more move left and post it here.
I have experienced this glitch only in Chocolate Levels -- when I still need to collect some chocolate, but I have destroyed the "spawners" that produce the chocolate, I lose my level(s)!!
If you can tell us the level you are playing, we can play it ang get back to you to suggest what to do to win your level👍️

Hello. I can just about see from your screenshot that you are on level 4042. I have found a video showing this level. Does yours look like this? In this video there are 26 lucky candy, those with the ticks. All of these should turn into yellow candies and I can see that you have enough order targets (yellow candy) on your board when the message came up. @PummyRaj could you check this out? It seems bizarre. @kwatcandy does your starting board look different from this video?

Level 4042 has fish on board. Did you use stripe+fish combo?
If you you use fish+stripe combo and striped fish targets a lucky candy, it turns into a stripe instead of a yellow, leaving you one yellow short. You should probably avoid using fish+stripe and fish+wrapped combos on this level.

I play on an iPhone and just replayed the level. I didn't start the level with any boosters checked to make sure I was playing it like you are. I had exactly 26 checkmark candies on the board to start (similar to the video shown above) so you actually have a spare yellow candy. I even used a stripe fish combo and it hit one of the checkmark candies and it turned into a yellow candy.
When you got that notice that there weren't enough orders, how many yellow and check marked candies did you have left on the board? If you had at least 11 - then that is definitely a glitch in your game. Also - how many check mark candies were on your board when you started the level - you should have 26.
What platform are you playing on? You also want to make sure you have the latest version of the game installed.
If you have one available - you also might want to start the level with a checkmark booster, but you shouldn't need to if your game and that level is operating properly.
