My Sam's Sweet Streak reset when I was in first place

I had over 5700 on Sam's Sweet Streak, should have been in first place. Later I get on and see my streak was reset down to 500. I have around 89 levels completed without a loss so I should be well over 10,000 right now. I've managed to work my way back up to 3rd place at 3750 but the #1 and #2 spot still have over 2000 points as of right now. This kind of stinks I put in all this work and get handicapped like that. Very frustrating!

I just had the exact thing happen.

I was in first place, three days ago withover 5000 beads, and now knocked down to six place with only 250 in just three days . It is very frustrating and disheartening. I paid a lot of money for extra boosters to get to 1st place. I am Retired and this is the only entertainment I have. 😓

Also when I purchase boosters…. There is more money taken from my bank account than what I’m getting.

Also… when I have 8 lives given. …I only end up with 5 lives.

getting very discouraged and frustrated.😢😡😤

Cannot speak to the rest but you can only have a max of 5 lives, so if you are gifted 8 only take them as needed so you are never at more than 5.

@QueenB You stated the "team" was aware of this problem 6 months ago and were working to fix it !!

Well it is still there. Like most other glitches nothing is done to fix the problems !!

I was definitely online when the second screenshot was taken.
