Your credit card is not stored on King's account. You must pay via a third party, such as Apple of Google Pay etc. It should be impossible to make a payment accidentally. I am always being asked by Apple before any payment is made and I have to input my Apple ID to make it. This applies to all payments on all apps, Candy Crush is no different.
If you don't want to be in the game any more, delete the App.
