Please email Player Support directly from the game on mobile.
First make sure the game is connected to Facebook or a King account so the game can be restored on an account.
Then go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

Then Select Game, Select Topic-Lost progress
Then describe your level loss issue with your both Game ID. Then they will restore your progress into your new Game ID.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
