The problem with get back the previous data to the new mobile device.

Last week I changed my mobile from iPhone 7 to iPhone11.

I have maden the all spod and whole data. After that my profile in Candy Crush didn’t transfer in full kind of data. I mean: the level is that sane, but didn’t get back lives, money, icon of profile and friends which I already had.

I tried to sign in on the old iPhone7 to the community to make an actualization of my data but at this moment I can’t do that, because I see info that „connection can be establish, please reset the app (don’t delete this) or ty later.”

So, I can’t even actualizing profile on the old mobile and transfer these data to new one.

Can you help me with this?

last week I changed my phone from IPhone Pro Max 12 to a IPhone pro max 16 all my games content has been lost and now the game has me starting overrrr…I’m very upset can you please help?

Hi @Rav_33 and welcome to our friendly community! I am sorry you had this difficulty when transferring to your new iPhone. I play only on Apple devices - iPhone (I primarily use my iPhone 12), mini iPad and an iPad pro. I have successfully transferred all my data to each of these devices, from older versions, but the trick is you need to back everything up to the iCloud and then use the information in the iCloud to transfer to your new Apple device.

The studios only store your progress and the info about any gold/boosters that you have purchased. If you have lost gold bars and/or boosters that you have purchased, Player support should be able to help restore those to your game. All your saved lives, boosters, gold that you have won etc. are stored locally on your device/phone so when you transfer to a new device, this information is usually lost and doesn't transfer. However with Apple devices, as long as you use the iCloud to store your info, you can successfully transfer all of that info onto your new Apple device.

Your icon is tied to how you are saving your game progress - whether Apple/FB/King account so it should reappear. Hopefully your friends should reappear to but worst case you can invite/request them to be friends again.

I hope this helps - you may want to try and transfer from your old device to the new again - but make sure your old data is backed up to the iCloud first.
