I purchased the $14.99 sweet bundle twice yesterday it was charged to my account, but I did not receive the packages. How do I get that resolved?

There could have been a temporary internet issue and/or server issues, which might cause the issues with purchases!
Since you are using an iOS device, all you need to do is contact the Apple Customer Support team. Please find the proper step -by-step directions in this link --> Did not receive my purchase on Apple Device
