Hi there. Only a selection of players receive this feature so you might just be unlucky. I never had it in my game. Did you ever have Sweet Cinema and then it disappeared? Quite often players lose this feature once they spend money on Candy Crush.

I am sorry to hear that you are not seeing the Cinema Ad feature!!
Can you please explain whether you are not able to watch the Ads, (a) because the feature is not working; or (b) is it because you do not have the "Sweet Cinema" feature?
