Has anyone else experienced a frozen screen

Logged in this morning and all I get is a frozen screen. Tap away and nothing happens. Logged in and out many times but makes no difference. Has anyone else experienced this?

A friend of mine, not in King Community has the same problem. He was high up on the Summer Cup Leaderboard. Can't even get in to play so will probably lose his place. Is he happy, no, is he very stressed, yes. My advice to him is stop playing and delete the ruined game.
