Where are extra moves gone
Kiara wael gave the worst possible reply , i am stuck at level 1361 for two weeks I have only one gold, to clear any level i need to purchase gold why, can't you check from your IT team about the issue why you are showing message to clear level purchase this purchase that I am not rich like Elon Musk , i have already spent 3000 bucks i had 550 golds all got spent Kiara read properly don't know who appointed you Kiara told some may get extra moves some may not well Kiara since 3 months I am not getting extra moves, i cleared last 500 levels after spending gold did you get that Kiara.

You're stuck on level 1361 for several days, I believe it's frustrating for you, but some levels are a bit hard and you can pass them without using boosters. Have you followed the latest level video on YouTube? because the videos can be helpful for you in most cases.
On the other hand, there is a chance to get extra Moves by watching ad videos but this is a test feature and not everyone will get the test feature.
Still I will checked the level, coming back after some time.

I checked the level 1361 and the level is very normal. I made the video while checking the level and passed the level on first try without boosters.
The main target of the level is to clear the jelly and enough moves are given in the level. Break the icings on the game board, and try to make some special candies that help break the icings or clear the jelly.
