How do I capture the frogs on level 5000

I cannot capture any frogs in level 5000

I just checked the level, the level's game board has changed recently so I wanted the screenshot😊

However the level has a target of 5 times for the frog i.e. the frog has to be filled and emptied 5 times. How to fill the frog or how the frog works can be found in the link below.
