Remove timer on lives

Difficulty
- This would make it already an infinite version of unlimited lives.
- Quicker may make the gamer a little bit easier, but removing timer.
- Isn't the game supposed to be harder the higher the level you are?
This makes the game easier: 👇 (More information)
The point of the game is to play to the end of the game. Now, although the levels might seem infinite, there are almost 15,000 levels (as of making this). Each getting harder, and harder.
