Changes with the way Striped and Wrapped blast now!

In addition to the new graphics (which I agree are not an improvement), everytime I make a stripe/wrapper combo my device vibrates once the move is complete, even though I have vibrations switched off in game.

Hi, I have signed out, waited and signed back in, but the problem with striped/wrapped combos still exists. What else can I try?

It seems they’ve changed the way these combos now work. After commenting that mine were fixed, I saw that they now spin and blast outward (like 2 color bombs) rather than blasting vertically and horizontally, taking out full rows and columns. NOT an improvement!

Hi. I don't think there is a problem. They have created a new design which looks different. It's not a glitch as was thought by some originally.

That is odd. I don't know what device you play. I never have vibration on for anything and have not experienced this. I play on iPhone.

I’m having the same problem, it swishes but doesn’t swosh! I tried logging out, turning off device, turning on device, logging back in and still same result! I’m over 14,000, some are impossible without using extra moves!

It looks like an explosion in real play because the graphics have been changed to take out both vertical and horizontal rows simultaneous and are too fast. Someone in the design team needs to look into this. But it does not affect what is happening to the candies. In fact there is a light haze to be seen where candies are destroyed and it is three lines vertical and three lines horizontal, just as it used to be with wrapped/striped combo. More generally, King have made some levels from 140 to 250 almost impossible to pass until you are tired of waiting for a lucky board. But the lucky board will come eventually. And from level 260 the game gets better again.

Why is it that when someone ask for a life I don’t have the option of rejecting it? Why is it that I must send one. And the why the candy wrapper and the strip candy exploded now is horrible I hope they change that back soon.

Something has changed and now there’s a flash of bright light when a wrapped candy explodes. It is blinding and upsetting to sensitive eyes. Please take this feature away. I will have to stop playing until this is corrected.
