How do I get 5 frogs? I’ve never encountered this before.

We do not need 5 Frogs. The number 5 next to the Frog tells us that, we will have to move the Frog 5 times.
You have played with the Frog in many levels till now. Just like that, you just have to fill the Frog and move it. I will see if I can find a video for this level.

Do you mean level 5000 ?
You feed the frog with candies of the color of the frog. Once it's lighted up, move it to the area you wish to blast . Repeat the same steps, until all 5 done. Fastest way to feed is to use Color Bomb to hit a candy of the color of the frog. There are CBs dropping from the left middle colum.
