I can't see ADS in candy crush saga do someone know why?

The Ads feature is still under testing and the game Studio sends it to various groups of players, for various period of times. Until the tests are done for those groups of players, the feature will not be moved to another group. And, it is not possible to know who are in the test group, as players are selected randomly by a computer system.
Because of that, it is possible that one person in the household received the special feature(s), but not others!!
But, no need to be in despair! Because, our chance too might come, but just a matter of time!! As players, all we can do is make sure that our game App is up to date, there is enough free space in our device memory and stay active in the game👍️

Can you please tell me if you never have the feature or you were watching Ads, but they stopped suddenly?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
