How do I get support to respond?

I’ve sent multiple emails to support about issues Ive been having lately and I only get an automated response. This issue has been happening multiple times and it’s so frustrating. I beat the level but as seen below the candy didn’t pop like it should have. And today I beat a level (12464) and it went to the retry screen instead of the next level. Would love any help!

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue in your game!

When we send a complaint to the King Player Support team, it is common that we receive an automated response initially. It is King's way of saying that they have received our complaint.

We have to wait for 3 to 5 days for an actual agent to contact us as they are always busy with dealing lots of issues. If you have not received a response from an agent even on the 5th day, I would suggest you to send a reply to that automated email and inform them that you are still waiting for help.

It could take a while for them to get back to you depending on their busy schedule! But, please be persistent keep reminding them that you need help. It is the only thing we can do for the Support Team to get back to us.

Note: Sending multiple complaints will not help, because they will record each complaint as different one and depending on the number of complaints ahead of you, yours might be pushed down!! So, stay with the first one and keep sending them message one time a day (may be)!

Another note: If you have received an email saying that "they have closed the ticket", you might not be able to reply back to that!! Please read their message carefully and if they say, you can reply back to that email, you should👍️
