I am sorry! We do not have "chatting" feature in Candy Crush Saga game. We do not even have the "Team" feature!! If there is a "Team" feature, then the game team might bring in the "chat" feature too!!

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
