Yes my android phone is where my levels were lost. thats where I want them back

I am sorry! To be able to help you, I need a bit more clarification please!
1) Are you using the Android phone to play your game and that is where you need to restore your level progress?
2) What did you mean by --> (a) it was locked down; (b) "this was after I had to install the games"
The better information and clarification I have, the sooner I will be able to help you to get your progress back.

I dont have the progress on my android phone. It was locked down but had to restore and it went back to the begining.......this was after I had to install the games

But, I need to know how you lost your level progress and few more details...
1) Did you reinstall your game?
2) Did you save it before either with a Facebook account or Kingdom account?
3) If you saved the game, did you make sure that you have logged into the correct account?
4) Are you using a mobile device or a computer? If you are using a mobile device, is it an Android or Apple device?
Was on level 6000, now back to 1
