Why if I play on the iPad when I end the level the game crush, while if I play with my iPhone it let me play to the next level?
Are you playing on the same login on both devices? If you do, then save the game on your iPhone by going into the cogwheel and "my account" then just close the App on both devices. When you open the app again the saved game should appear at the same level on both. To play the same levels on both devices you will have to keep closing the app and reloading it between levels.
