As per my knowledge, there could have been weak internet connection when you were trying to purchase. But, since you have mentioned it is happening from past 2 days, let me find out what could be the issue and get back to you.

I just get a Purchase Unsuccessful pop up. It then says no money was removed from my account.

I need few clarifications please.... are you trying to purchase a bundle from the App Store? If so, what is happening when you attempt to buy?
Are you getting a pop-up that there is no internet connection? Or the wheel keeps spinning?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
