Gold bars are usually not lost if you do not purchase something through them. However, if you feel they have been lost without your use, you should contact our Player Support.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

I searched for that topic, it doesn't seem to exist, but a whole lot of separate issues. I've lost all my gold bars, I had about 80 of them, and I've lost all my fiends list, plus any extra lives I had through those etc. The only thing yhat is the same is the levl i'm on. Can someone please help.
