Good morning, I'm saddened by the response you gave me. If the player support team failed to unlink your accounts, it will be the same for me too…. I'm going to give up, since 07/27/23 I spend my time trying to dissociate our 2 accounts. I tried everything in vain….All this energy for nothing…. I even uninstalled the game Candy Crush on my husband's tablet and when I reinstalled it, he had lost all his bonuses, although he had a lot. I stop everything and I will delete his account: case settled. And for information, I do not want to collect gold. I want to recover my husband's account. In any case I would like to thank all the Moderators of the community for their help and the time spent to help me. I wish you a good journey.
