Why is it that people in the UK get extra boosters to finish a level than those of us in Ghana?

Anytime I travelled to the UK I get enough and extra boosters all the time to finish a level, even though I do not buy them. But in Ghana it is so difficult to even get the daily booster how much more getting boosters to finish a level. This makes playing Candy crush saga a chore.

please do something about those of us in west Africa too.

thanks for your message. At least I have experienced this in the UK twice and where I am in Africa, internet connectivity is not an issue. Yes I know internet enhances the game.

Anyway, I will keep my fingers cross to see what will come my way!!

Hi there. I do believe you are probably mistaken here. It is surely a coincidence. At least I sincerely hope so!

As far as I know King give some players events and chances to win boosters while others don't get them, but it is random. However, I wouldn't put anything past them. How often has this happened to you, I mean how often have you travelled to the UK and suddenly found you had better offers? Perhaps you have a better internet connection when in the UK? That does affect what events you get. Many don't work without internet.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
