games are not counting. How do I change profile to correct one

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

Click on your "Profile" and see which player's name it shows there! You can access your Profile by clicking on "Profile" button on game home page;

OR by clicking on the "Cog Wheel" and then clicking on "Profile";

If it is a different player's name you see in the profile, all you have to do is --> log out of that account - close the App - reopen the game and log back in with your account details.
