I have been unable to play for three weeks, it says downloading, get KIng screen, and then nothing?

The game has not worked for three weeks, no help from support, tried uninstalling, nothing! I play on laptop through fb, says, not responding. It says downloading, and then just shows King screen, really don't want to lose progress, but at a loss .Grateful for any help

Sorry to hear this is happening but it can either be an issue on Facebook side or a browser issue. Have you tried switching browsers as well?

If you happen to have a Windows 10 PC, try downloading the game from the App store and play via the app instead which should be much better.

You can download it from HERE and remember to connect the game app to your Facebook account so your game progress can sync 😉
