Are you not able to connect to the store in your game? Is it what the issue is? If so, I need few details...
Which device are you using to play the game;
Are you experiencing this issue only with the Store or with receiving prizes from the events too;
Are you receiving any error message OR you see the wheel keep spinning forever;
Did you update your game App? If not, check your App Store or Google Play Store (depending on your device) and if there are any updates, install them and see if the problem gets resolved.
