    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing connection issue with your game!!

    Are you having this issue just with Candy Crush Saga? How about other games and Apps on your device? Are you playing on a phone or a computer or other mobile gadget?

    Can you please show me the screenshot of the error message (if any) you see when you try to connect to the game?

    So, you are experiencing this connection issue only with Candy Crush Saga? All other Apps are working fine?

    Are you logged into the game through Facebook or Kingdom account?

    Hi @lulusweiss - welcome to our friendly community - I am sorry you are having this issue. First of all - are you receiving this message before your game even opens up on your iPhone? I just put my phone in airplane mode and turned off the WIFI and I was still able to get into the game and play a level. The game is designed to allow you to play offline and you primarily need internet in order to connect to the store etc.

    I have noticed that King games are sensitive to having a strong and steady signal. So sometimes when you are playing, if there is a drop in signal, it can cause the game to go into off line mode, so you can't connect to the store. However if you received this when trying to open your game - I suggest you do what I did and see if you can play offline. Once you go back online - your progress will be saved - just realize you won't be able to purchase anything - even using gold bars you already have to buy boosters or extra moves.

    HERE is some additional information about what to do if you lose your connection with the game. Bottom line - if this issue persists, please contact Player Support.

    thank You so much for your advice i did what you mentioned exactly … I could play the game offline no problem with that but as you mentioned once I got off airplane mood tired to login in to my a account still no hope 🫣it keep saying try again letter

    any way really appreciate your advice

    I’m sorry to hear you are still having the issue. I think the next best thing is for you to contact player support. If you click on the green HERE above in my previous post it will bring you to more info from the community team and also tell you about contacting Player Support.
