I am just getting these messages! It won’t let me log in, I’ve updated both candy crush app and Facebook, but it’s not happening! Please can anyone advise what to do? I don’t want to reset as not sure where it saved and I’m on level 9583 - I’m so frustrated, PLEASE HELP… many thanks
I’m sorry they were unable to help you. Your game may have become corrupted but the only solution for that issue that I know of is to deinstall and reinstall the game.
However, if you do that - you will lose any saved boosters/gold bars (that were not purchased) and also lives from friends - so this is not something we recommend.
Unfortunately I don't have any additional guidance/recommendations for your issue. I wish I had a solution for you - it is up to you what you want to do next (wait a few more days to see if the problem resolves itself, or take some other type of action).
I have tried everything that has been suggested. I contacted player support and all they did was give me the exact same suggestions. Not helpful
Hi, this has happened to me. If you have a saved game, you will have to reset your password.
Hi @losin51 - I am sorry this is still happening to you. Have you tried contacting Player Support? At this point they are your best avenue to try and get some help.

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game. Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Event & Challenges - Contact us and send them an email.
You can also contact player support directly by clicking HERE.
However I will say this to you and the other players facing issues - you can play this game offline, but you need internet to contact the app store and make purchases (even if it is with gold bars you already have). The game is sensitive to the strength and steadiness of the internet signal, sometimes if there is a drop or brief break in the signal, it can cause the game to automatically go into off line mode. The best way to get back on track is to turn your device off for at least 15 seconds and then turn it back on, you can also check your router if you are playing over WiFi.

Day 5. As you can see from the screen shots I’m still unable to contact App Store to “keep playing”, unable to shop, and unable to send lives to friends. I’ve tried everything suggested to fix this and nothing has worked. Please help, thank you.
Tried all of that and nothing works. Still won’t let me contact the app store to Keep Playing. Day four now of not being able to advance.
