Just saw the screenshots you have provided. The 2nd screenshot you have provided contains some personal details which should not be posted here as this is a Public Forum.
Hence, I would request you to delete that screenshot. The top one is OK, but not the 2nd one. To delete the screenshot, click on the 3 dots you see at the top of your question --> You will see "Edit" option and click on it --> Your question will be opened to make any changes --> If you hover the mouse to the images, you will see "trash can" icon - to delete that image.

You will have to send a complaint to the King Customer Support to receive your purchased items. Please click on --> This Link <-- and follow the steps provided by King's Help Center team.
