How do I get the season pass on my candy crush app?

I originally had the season pass and it said I had four days left. I decided to create an account so I could save my progress, but once I created an account with king then the season pass disappeared. I’ve been playing like crazy trying to get it back but it’s not popping up anymore. Will I have to delete my account and start all over again without a profile? I’m just so confused on why it disappeared after I decided to create an account.
